Nice fifth wheel with an open floorplan and separate bathroom and bedroom. Only 30' long and dry weight of 8062lbs makes towing and fitting into campsites easy without sacrificing space.
Large 16' power awning, electric/gas fridge, electric/gas hot water tank, electric front and rear jacks, fantastic fan vent in front bedroom, has rear hitch with light plug.
Viewing availabe in heated shop with some notice so I can move things around.
Everything in working condition
