Looking for 80+ acres within 40 to 50 minutes or so south of Steinbach Mb. in the RM of Stuartburn or Franklin with or without buildings. The more acreage the better and would like it be a mixture of bush, hay and dry land. Would prefer to have crown land surrounding or bordering on at least one side but not necessary. Property must have road access. Looking for anyone wanting to sell privately.
