Elkhorn timeshare for sale! Located steps from the Riding Mountain National Park and across from Clear Lake.
Timeshare is one floating week in Season 3; approximately weeks 13-21, in 2025 we have May 26-June 2 booked.
This is the smaller side of the newest duplexes(side B). It is 1 queen bedroom, 1 sofa bed, and bathroom with jetted tub. Accommodates 4 people maximum.
Includes a complete kitchen, dining area, living room with a fireplace, laundry facilities and a deck with bbq. Approximately 700 sq feet.
Timeshare resort fees are $908 a year. This includes access to Elkhorn Resort water park and indoor/outdoor hot tubs as well as all other Elkhorn amenities and activities including the new Nordic spa. Fees are paid until November 2025.
Timeshare comes with a separate land titles deed. This can be used personally or rented out. Can be used in conjunction with RCI for points in resorts worldwide.
We have loved vacationing here but have moved out of province and this location is no longer convenient for us.
