Rent is 450 per person plus utilities split between 3 people. Usually comes to about an additional 80-100 per person per month depending on time of year. We have a driveway that easily fits 3 cars. Big backyard, with a shed. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to 7 eleven, Snap fitness, Barkman park.
