We work with clients through the whole process from start to finish, both creating the necessary structure and managing the outcome. It's about assessing each clients body and making sure we're doing the most effective program based on current lifestyle, body type, and factoring in personal preferences. We start with the overall design of each program and move into daily communication, helping with meal set-up, checking details of how each client feels with current nutrition and training, and then moving into detailed weekly assessments. We manage this process by making sure each client is gaining muscle and achieving a level of leanness and health they desire. No guess work, with questions and concerns answered immediately, all with a one to one approach between us and the client.

Should you decide to work with us you'll be personally trained by one of our Elite Personal Trainers. You will have every tool in order to reach your maximum health and fitness potential, with a level of support unheard of in the fitness industry! Our average services range from $200- $400 per month. We ensure accountability and place the proper mindset for each client by setting the pace right from the get go. Not only is it important to ensure each client reaches their goal, it's more important to maintain or build on each goal once achieved. EVERY ONE OF OUR CLIENTS GET THE RESULTS THEY ARE AFTER, PERIOD! More importantly, each client has a far easier time maintaining their results once achieved. This is because each client understands results aren't given, they're earned. By using a customized program created by Brass Performance, they become educated throughout the entire process. Our ultimate goal is to educate each client the proper means to maintain or build on their goals once achieved with ease by living a flexible lifestyle, without the help of any fitness professional.
