This is a two-year-old 12x20 (so 240 Square Foot) Tiny Home, or heated shed located in Morden. Perfect for an accessory dwelling or someone in need of an insulated shed. Fully insulated including floors, drywalled (Gaps should be fixed by the time you read this), wired with its own panel. It also has two lights and four sets of plugs. You would have to move it and add the finishing touches but that's it. The windows are dual pane huron windows which have held up wonderfully over the past two winters. The panel has 2 14 amp breakers installed now, though the panel can handle up to 100 amps.
