6+ Acre property for rent with large camper!
We have a BEAUTIFUL property right in the town of Otterburne. We won’t be able to use it for the next 1 to 3 years... so we thought we would see if someone is interested in renting it from us. It has a fantastic border of tree’s on all sides aswell as down the driveway. In the middle we have a gravel pad with a large fifth wheel camper setup. Its connected to its own private well, hydro & town sewer. Fiber internet is also available. The property has a beautiful landscape of mature trees and rolling hills that lead to the Rat River. There is also a fenced garden area that could be worked up and used. This has been the best get-away property for us as it is still close to everything but feels like your hours away. Incredibly peaceful place. Wild turkeys and deer are often on the property. Canoe or fish down the river. Cross country ski, snowmobile, weekend or summer getaway, bonfires with friends. There is lots of grass to cut but that has always been my favorite part – so if that isn’t your thing, we can figure out an arrangement. Perhaps you have your own camper(s), tiny home or ideas for use, we would love to hear from you! We realize this is a unique offering and will take a select person to be interested. This camper is not usable in winter months so a different arrangement would need to be made for winter use. $790/month for 1 year lease... or might be open to May to Oct at a higher rate.
