This basement suite is available on July 1. It is a sublease for two months (July and August) and then the landlord would like a year lease. There are no pets allowed. Appliances in the suite are: fridge, stove, washer and dryer (in suite), and microwave. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The sublease is for $1000 a month. Utilities (water, hydro, internet) are included in the rent. There is an option for parking inside the garage for an extra $75 a month. The landlord will need to approve the tenant as well.
